Home PI will then carry out an on site inspection of the home internally and externally, examine the neighbourhood and surrounding properties and supply a verbal report to you about the home.

We will look closely at the condition of the home and its fittings and give you our opinion of whether the home is value for money and what, if anything needs to be done to the home to make it more attractive and livable.

Homeplan 2: $1,000
